TV took over 2 weeks to be delivered by Vanns Home delivery service as it set on there delievey companies loading dock for 10 days before they delivered. Then the TV had a horrible 2D picture, great 3D picture and was returned. Vanns again used there home deliverey sevice which took over 3 weeks to pick up the TV and then Vanns charged me a return freight for a defective TV. Very poor service. I had to make numerous phone calls to get Vanns to take action.

Awesome color fidelity, great contrast and ample brightness. All in all, very happy with the television. I havent spent much time trying 3-D, dont have any true 3-D sources, however the 2D to 3D auto-conversion is amusing, but not worth the eyestrain. Also, recommend if you purchase this television that you get 3rd party active 3-D glasses. The OEM glasses you get one pair!!! have a very limited working range distance from the screen 10. Our living room is much larger and we purchased a pair of 3rd party glasses for what a single pair of Panasonic 3D glasses cost and they have a much wider range, as far as distance from the IR transmitter.
Vanns price was amazing suggest you click on email latest price and delivery was on time and well handled. I was a bit leery ordering such a large and heavy item online, but it was one of the best buying experiences Ive had. I ordered the wall mount from Vanns also.
Although pricey, its worth it. This panel reproduces fine gradations between colors and has possibly the truest reds Ive seen in a plasma. If you pop for this set, youll be very glad you did.
