I bought this TV, not because of what others said. I bought it because I spent four weeks learning all that can be learned about LCD vs Plasma, and what is the difference between 1080i, p, 720 etc. Contrast ratio? Dynamic ratio? ......All research was done, and I picked this TV. Let me tell you... Unreal! I do not watch TV, but I own over 1250 DVDs, and over 300 video games. My brother bought a Samsung 46 kick butt LCD tv for $2400. It lasted 4 months, then died. The colors of the TH4285U, and color contrast, and shear WOW! factor that I get by my friends, especially after seeing my brothers TV are trully wonderful. Panasonic is the only TV I will EVER buy from this day forth! The menus are so easy my Girl friend figured them out without help. Price? Look around, you will NOT find better for less. Performance? Wow. Just WOW! |
