This Id my second purchase of a Samsung tv in little over a year.i bought a pn58c7000last year through vanns.i really enjoy the 58 so much! So I decided to get a 51 for my room.i was very happy to see I didnt need the 7000series to get 3d.love the smaller bezel,it makes the tv look sleek.the menu is easier to use ! The picture quality is outstanding. I am very happy with both Samsung tvs .

This was I think my second purchase from Vanns. The first was a Denon receiver which I am still in love with. My T.V. arrived in good time and by outside appearances it seemed OK so I signed off and brought it inside only to discover once I pulled the T.V. out of the box that that it was damaged. I called Vanns and was quickly handed over to the right department where we discussed my options and decided that because I wanted another T.V. as soon as possible I would order another one while waiting for the broken one to get picked up. The whole process took a couple of weeks but the new one came in excellent condition - this time the delivery guy came in with me and I was able to open the box and pull the T.V. out for a visual check. The broken one was returned my account credited. I would most definitely shop here again and recommend Vanns to anyone!

When I was looking to buy a new tv, I did a lot of research on a lot of different tvs and I chose samsung because of other peoples review and they were right, THIS IS A GREAT TV. I got my tv last week and this tv picture is the best Ive ever seen. I love sports and I convert everything to 3d from sports to video games and it look great but watching channels or movies that are actually in 3d looks even better. The tv set up in minutes and the internet connection has a lot of apps. Now I was a little skeptical about buying another plasma tv because images use to burn in the screen of my old plasma tv but this tv does not do this, I left my game paused for 45 min. and it never burnt an image. I recommend this tv to anyone whos looking for a great 3D, internet connected tv with a great picture for a reasonable price. Best tv I ever had

This is our first HD TV and we couldnt be happier with it, its looks even better in our home than it looked in the store. We looked at both LEDLCD and plasma, in the store LCD has an edge due to its higher brightness, but at home the plasma is warmer, not hard on your eyes, I think you see more detail and true rendition. The often commented glare from the screen is not an issue, in fact its far superior than our old CRT TV, colors are brilliant and the contrast between standard and high def is breathtaking although standard definition and 720P is still clear and colors are true. The Samsung apps are a nice addition, although other than movie sites, theyre more effective on a computer, the big screen doesnt add much to them. If I had to complain about anything it would be entering alpha characters to log into sites, it would have been easier and better to have a keyboard rather than the button pushing, kind of like the old cell phones using 0-9 keypad, slow and frustrating.

This is the first time I have purchased a television on the Internet. I had my worries about what I might get. All my worries were in vain. I received the Samsung 51 Plasma 3DHDTV sooner than expected and it was just what I wanted. It was packaged very well so it wouldnt get moved around during delivery. After just a few minutes my daughter and I had the old projection T.V. pulled out of the way and the new Samsung in its place. It took about thirty minutes to get everything connected, the satellite programed to work with my new television and my recliner pulled up for the best viewing position, which is almost any where you want to view the picture from, because of the way Plasma televisions are built. I couldnt believe my eyes when I went to the HD channels. It was really amazing. I never knew a picture could be so clear and so sharp. Im really enjoying the Wi-Fi feature on my Samsung. With my home wireless network, I watch youtube videos, listen to Pandora and can enroll in Netflex to get more movies than anyone can ever watch. Thanks Vanns for the swift receipt of the television. Im thinking about getting one for the bedroom, maybe a little smaller.

This is my first TV ever, but I shopped around and spent a lot of time on the forums and reviews and selected this TV for the ~50-51 plasma size. The image is amazing, not a problem in bright daylight, looks amazing, and Samsungs Smart Hub is very easy to use. Colors are very realistic depending on your settings.
The added blu-ray player and 3D glasses make this a very good deal right now.

I ordered this TV from VANNS in late march. The delivery process was smooth and the TV was delivered right on time. Shipping companies are getting better at this. The TV was packaged well and was free of any blemishes. Turned on and looks fantastic!
This is a great model for the price, packed with features! I was skeptical of the Online feature but it has turned out quite nice allowing me to listen to pandora with very little hassle.
I would buy again from VANNS and Samsung!
