I was looking for a Sony DVD player that had the HDMI Bravia sync, along with the 1080p signal processing, and would give me the best cost to benefit ratio. I found that this was it. The DVD picture quality is stunning running the HDMI. The audio is great using the digital coax, and the Bravia sync is really nice. I dont think I need a Blu-ray anytime soon. Vanns had the best price, best shipping, and it came double boxed in perfect condition. For all of you Sony Bravia TV folks out there, this is the perfect complement to your system without having to go the cost of the Blu-ray route, the picture quality, drive system, menu options and sound is amazing. |

i needed a new player.the sony i had was 10 years old.it would not play dvd r rw etc. i got this one hooked up and used it the first time on sat.it is great.it has a quick setup which worked fantastic.very simple and easy to use.took me 5 min.to get it hooked up and setup,and i was ready to watch movies.for the money it is a great player.i was thinking about a hi def player,but too much money right now.the discs are over priced also.this player does it all.the up convert to 1080 p is great.who needs a hi def player.thanks. roger |
