The LG is a decent mid-level Blu-Ray player that I purchased for installation in a friends Home Theatre system. Easy to set up, easy to use. Slightly slower on the draw than my own Oppo, but not ridiculously so. Streaming is good to great BUT you have to be within a certain distance to ensure best streaming performance. My only CON is with LG themselves. Youve just sold me a Blu-Ray player with Wi Fi video streaming, then why in Gods good name dont you include the minimum cabling necessary to use my product? I was appalled when I opend the box to find composite cables and ONLY those cables inside. Is the profit margin SO SMALL that a $5,00 HDMI cable couldnt be included in the price? Shamefull!

I recently purchased this blu-ray player after returning a major brand unit that was very unsatisfactory. Although the price of both was comparable, the LG is far superior in every way. Some of the reviews I read indicated that this unit is not as speedy as some others, but I dont notice any problem.
Most of my use is of Netflix streaming, and I am very happy with the clear picture I get. The interface with Netflix is great, and I seldom get buffering pauses even though I dont have the higher high-speed.
Great picture from the blu-ray disks, although I must confess that I dont see a lot of difference from a regular dvd, which may be a tribute to the excellent upconverting capabilities of the unit. Blu-ray sound is superior, however. All in all, I would recommend the LG 670.

Easy enough for the wife to use, Apps are cool. Remote needs to be pointed directly at the unit though, so make sure its mounted high enough on your set.

Ease of use and a great complement to my 60 3D Sharp Aquos. I matched these two products up with a Yamaha Sound Bar System and its like magic. Back to the LG Blu Ray.....ease of use, ability to aquire Netflix and the fact the colors produced off my Blu Ray and regular DVDs is stunning. Especially the movieGladiator. Just like being in the theatre. Thumbs up for this unit.

Fine product, is as good as any on the market. One thing to remember when buying a unit that is to perform WIFI that you will need the proper bandwidth or you will get a lot of buffering and frustration.
