We borrowed a friend's Flip for a trip to Hawaii with our toddler, and we bought our own as soon as we got back. I love that it runs on AA batteries, so I don't have to worry all the time about whether or not it's charged. It was so easy to transfer video footage to the computer. We used both a Windows-based laptop and a Mac and didn't have problems with either of them. The small size is fantastic. It fits right in my husbands pocket or my purse, so we can and do take it everywhere. We use it now for those Quick, honey, get the video camera! moments. The video quality is okay, not high definition by any means, but good enough for what we want it for. The audio was surprisingly good. I've been telling all of our friends who have kids about it because its just perfect for those times you wish you could capture them doing something cute and funny. I highly recommend it if youre looking for casual video capture.
