I am disappointed with my new dav-hdx265, First move played in it skipped, The 5th froze up completely. All movies were new, and clean.

The sound is great. I like having the option to have standard stereo play through all the speakers using Dolby Pro Logic . The speakers except the subwoofer are small and unobtrusive, but have great sound.
The disc changer works nicely, though slowly - patience is required. The surround sound from DVDs played by the unit is awesome, but there are no surround sound inputs for external feed, though this is not an issue for me.
Again it sounds great, and Im very pleased with the unit, some of the downsides above may be an issue for some, but aren’t for me. Its an excellent unit for the price.
