Absolutely amazing. Super simple setup, great sound for movies or music, and easy to hide. The sub can be laid down, hidden behind couches, or shown off. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased the Bose Cinemate 2.1 system about one year ago, and was checking to see if the price had fallen so I can purchase it for my mom as a christmas gift. Very simply the Bose cinemate system is dollar for dollar the best choice for surround sound, it does not require a reciever or technician installation. It is overly easy to install and the sound quality is superb. If you want surround sound with virtually no distortion, incredible low bass and a 10 minute install, buy the Bose Cinemate. Who has time to install a 7.1 surround sound and run the wires, purchase a 1,000 dollar reciever, buy the Cinemate and your job is done
