Wireless audio. Wireless control. Sonos.
Combining a Sonos ZonePlayer 120 wireless distributed-audio unit/amplifier with a ZonePlayer 90 wireless distributed-audio and a Controller 200, the BU250 bundle from brings you a powerful team for taking your home audio system wireless. A Sonos whole-home audio system allows you to distribute audio wirelessly across your home using the SonosNet wireless mesh network. Once you've connected a ZonePlayer 120 or ZonePlayer 90 to a computer, media server, or A/V receiver, any audio found on that source can be shared with other ZonePlayers throughout your home. All you need to do is connect each ZonePlayer to a stereo, receiver, or powered speakers to make these a part of the wireless audio network. And better yet, with on-board amplification, the ZonePlayer 120 itself can power two speakers with 55W. And then, as the helm of your new wireless Sonos multi-room music system, the Controller 200 offers advanced, long-lasting control of your audio experience thanks to it combination of a 3.5" color LCD touch screen and rechargeable Lithium-ion battery.
Audio that knows no bounds
In the past, achieving a whole-home audio system was a feat of epic proportions. CD players, radios, amplifiers, and speakers in every room and a mess of wires running through all your walls. If not installed before construction, the wiring alone could drive a person mad. If you're looking to create a whole-home audio system, fret not: you'll face none of these challenges. The age of Sonos is here. The Sonos ZonePlayer 120 allows you to begin building a wireless whole-home audio solution with its combination of wireless technology and built-in power amplification. Connect the ZonePlayer 120 to a pair of speakers and to your home network via an ethernet cable, and you can begin listening to any music stored on your network. Connect to the internet via an ethernet cable, and expand into the realm of internet radio. Place other Sonos ZonePlayers throughout your house and they will create an automatic wireless link to the network-connected ZonePlayer 120. Once these additional ZonePlayers (sold separately) are connected to a speaker system, you'll be able to enjoy all your networked audio anywhere in the house. Guaranteeing a true whole-home audio experience, the ZonePlayer 120's SonosNet 2.0 wireless mesh network doubles the wireless range of past ZonePlayers, ensures synchronous music playback, and avoids sources of wireless interference.
Your audio, wirelessly
The Sonos ZonePlayer 90 lets you play all the music you want, all over your house, on all the audio equipment you already own — your home theater receiver, stereo system, powered speakers, and more. Connect the ZP90 to your home network to begin a wireless home audio network. Or, if you already have another ZonePlayer hooked directly to your network, connect the ZP 90 to any amplified audio device in any room and that device instantly becomes part of the wireless Sonos system. The ZP90's digital and analog outputs deliver superior sound to every room. And with the superior wireless range of the ZP90's SonosNet 2.0 wireless capability, no room is out of reach.
Control . . . at your fingertips
It's a bit of an understatement to say that the CR200 controller gives you "control" over your Sonos wireless home audio system. The term "complete power" might be closer to the truth. First off, the CR200's full-color 3.5" LCD screen with LED backlighting offers you a clear interface for navigating your system, browsing albums and radio stations, and searching for your favorite tunes . . . all at the touch of a finger. That's right, the CR200 features touch-screen operation! Not only can you browse by simply flicking your finger, but you can use an on-screen keyboard to type specific song, artist, or album searches. Additionally, there are four dedicated buttons for your most common actions: Mute, Volume +/-, and zone selection. A Lithium-ion battery delivers long-lasting power, and can be recharged using the included charging dock.

I purchased the Sonos BU250 bundle with a separate ZoneBridge 100 nine days ago. The delivery from Vanns.com only took 6 days from the date of purchase.
I had researched the Sonos system on-line and viewed the demos and spec sheets available on the Internet.
Even though the spec sheets state the physical sizes of the components, it is still hard to grasp when you unpack the boxes and lay the equipment out side by side. How can such a small set of components do so many varied functions? The simple answer is They do them VERY WELL.....
Intergration of the Bridge, ZonePlayers, and Controller was so easy as to almost be a non-existent effort. The hardest part was determining exactly where I wanted the two ZonePlayers to sit in the house.
Once the ZonePlayer 90 was wired to a separate set of speakers and the ZonePlayer 120 was connected to my AV receiver, the act of getting the system up and running took approximately 20 minutes and thats without reading the manuals -- strictly from reviewing the on-line reviews and demos.
To say that I am impressed.... The only expression is WOW! -- in BIG capital letters.
This system is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who wants the capability to pull in literally thousands of Internet Radio Stations, stream your own MP3 or such music, or participate in one or more audio streaming providers.
Like I said before, I have done everything up to this point without reading the manual..... and I cant say enough about this system.... now comes the hard part..... to read the Users Guide to fully understand the full potential of this wonderful system.

I have been using the BU250 for the past few weeks, and have to say, I am very impressed. The BU250 is comprised of three parts, the CR200 controllerIpod touch like control, ZP120 amplified player, and ZP90 nonamplified player to hook up to your existing home theater system. It took me about a half hour to set up. One add on I really recommend is the BR100 wireless mesh extender, so you can hook your internet up to that, and it distributes audio to the other zones. I could write pages about this system, but the real key is the software. Instead of listening to the same old music on cds, I can now use Rhapsody free 30 day trial to build playlists, and listen to artists Ive always wanted too, but havent for one reason or another. The Sonos software is great, and you can control music in different rooms from one single controller!
Highly recommended!
