What's As Big As A Breadbox And Matches Your iPod Perfectly?
If you guessed Athena's direct radiating iVoice iPod dock sound system, you're right. Don't let looks be deceiving, this little powerhouse rocks the socks off your iPod: it boasts dual full-range 3.5" cone drivers that give your tunes the full, rich sound they deserve. The highs, lows, and everything in between resonate in crystal clear digital audio thanks to Athena's direct radiating technology.
Flexible Yet Sensible
Put it on a table or mount it on the wall. Either way, it's going to sound great. And though it fits your iPod perfectly, it also has a 3.5mm audio jack that accommodates your friends' non-iPod MP3 players (as long as their device has an audio output). Along with the 3.5mm jack is a USB port that allows you to plug the iVoice into your computer so you can access all of your iTunes tunes. Best off, the iVoice comes with a wireless remote that gives you brazen control of your iPod while it's docked.
Looks Good. Has Manners.
With its high-gloss black cabinet, the iVoice matches Apple's visionary MP3 masterpiece perfectly. And it politely charges your iPodeven when it's in use.

The iVoice is a pleasant surprise. The sound is very good, along with the design. It is small enough to be unobtrusive, and the charging feature is very convenient. The jacks that allow other products to be played through the system are also very welcome.
The glossy black finish, however, is very prone to fingerprints and smudging. But thats a small price to pay for this quality product.

I finally recieved my ivoice it was like xmas morning waiting for it. It plays pretty good. I heard other speakers for Ipod that were louder but not as crisp. People compare it to the Bose. I never heard the bose speaker for ipod Its probably just a little bit better but for just a little bit better it dosent make sense to spend another $200. It sounds good at all levels. My only hang up is that the remote doent work unless your within 10 feet. It says 30 ft but they must have miss calculated. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a 8.

I just received this unit and the sound quality is far better than I expected. I did my homework researching various units and I typically dont purchase items until I hear it for myself, but the reviews were all very positive and I can verify its worth buying. My mom has the $400.00 Bose and the sound of this unit is very comparable. Surprisingly good bass for its size. Also comes with a aux input cord which is nice if you dont already have one, you can use for your cars aux input. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I got my first ipod for Christmas, and quickly realized how convenient they were. I do most of my music listening at home, though, so I needed a good speaker to listen to all the music stored in my ipod. I know some people with a Bose ipod speaker, and I thought it sounded pretty good so I started looking online for prices, but the Bose speaker was out of my price range. I looked at a number of online retailers before I saw this little speaker.
The Athena arrived today as estimated, packed well and delivered to my door in the middle of a rainstorm. Theres no setup which is great for me because Im really not that great with electronics. All you have to do is plug it in. When I turned it on I was overwhelmed by the top volume setting - it is loud! You could easily use this to fill a party with music. The speaker has great, clear tone and a very attractive, sleek design. Plus, its compatible with my 3rd generation ipod nano. It really sounds far better than the bulky sound system I have for my cds and lps, and notably better than the Bose ipod speaker. And so inexpensive!
If you are looking for a reasonably priced ipod speaker, this is it. And if you dont have an ipod yet, this is a good reason to get one. It really makes so much more sense than switching cds or records. This way, you can have hundreds of hours of music in one place and play any of it at the press of a button, or create playlists. Highly recommended!
