The Bose expansion amplifier SA-2 is a great option for those wanting to expand additional speakers to another room. I used it to expand speakers on my patio. The only drawback is that these amplifiers are strictly audio only, so the expansion remote control may say TV and DVD, but you will only be able to hear television shows and DVD movies from the expanded room not able to add video components to sync with SA-2 audio. Still nice to hear the news or certain shows from TV or radio stations while working out on the patio.
