The Sony CDPCE375 Multi-Disc cdplayer was purchased as a replacement for the Sony brand cdplayer purchased with my home stereo system over twenty years ago. To date this is the only component in the system that has failed. All components are Sony brand. The new Sony cdplayer has proven to be the same, if not superior, quality component that I have come to expect from Sony. Twenty years from now I'll gladly purchase another. I would also be confident in purchasing this cdplayer as a gift, at any time.
