I bought these speakers from Vanns last year and I am still happy about them every time I pop in a movie to watch.

Vanns always has killer deals on speakers at the exact time I need them for some reason. Maybe they can read my mind.

If youre looking for affordable, great sounding surround speakers for your HT then look no further. They sound great.

Makes me wanna go watch a movie right now.

A FEW YEARS AGO I GAVE MY ADVENT SPEAKERS TO MY SON AND BOUGHT A PAIR OF CERWIN VEGAS 12 FLOOR SPEAKERS.THE VEGAS HAVE MASSIVE BASE AND VOLUME AND WERE GREAT FOR RAP AND SOME ROCK BUT THEY LACKED THE MIDS TO HIGHS.I LISTENED TO THE SS.5 ALONG WITH THE BOSE SUROUND AND THE JBL SUROUND SPEAKERS BEFORE ORDERING THESE.

AFTER HOOKING THESE UP WITH THEIR EASY KEY WHOLE MOUNTS, I WAS ASOUNDED AT THE SOUND. IF YOU APPRICIAT A FULL RANGE SOUND, THESE ARE A MUST TO ADD TO YOUR SOUND SYSTEM.THE SUROUND FILLS YOUR ROOM WITH FULL HIGH FIDELITY SOUND.

THE HIGHS OF A VIOLIN IS CRISP AND CLEAR. YOU CAN HEAR CLAPTONS FINGERS SLIDE ON THE STEEL STRINGS AND HEAR EVERY BRUSH STROKE AND TICK OF A SYMBOL.IF YOU LOVE THE FLUTE, LISTEN TO IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THROUGH THESE.

BEST OF ALL, THESE CAN HANDLE VOLUME AND KEEP UP WITH ANY SPEAKERS YOU WANT TO MIX THEM WITH.

It sounds like I have installed a room full of speakers. In 5.1 these things sound like a full surround system. Much sound appears as if it is coming from behind you. That is as simple as I can state it.

I bought a pair of Klipsch SS.5 to upgrade my home theater system to 7.1 surround sound. All though the SS.5 is small in size it prouduces big sound like the larger SS-1. The sound quality is incredible with every detail crystal clear. I have compared the competition and Klipsch gives the best bang for the buck.
