Sound That Will Floor You
The Synergy Series uses advanced technologies in each of its loudspeakers to create a dynamic sound that goes beyond anything listeners could imagine at such reasonable price points. Using the same high-performance materials as its SF2 predecessor, the SF1 delivers an amazing sound from an even smaller cabinet and at an even more affordable price. The SF1 makes efficient use of a magnetically shielded, 6.5-inch graphite-injected woofer and a 1-inch aluminum diaphragm compression driver coupled to a Klipsch 5-inch square Tractrix Horn, creating realistic spatial imaging and smooth, uncolored sound reproduction. A large, flared port extends the SF1's deep, authoritative bass without turbulence, noise or dynamic compression.
New Technology Meets Proven Reliability
Other class-leading design features, such as high-definition crossover networks and internally braced enclosures help ensure peak performance from every SF1, while the unique venting system of its cast-polymer woofer frame cools the voice coil to enhance reliability. The SF1's enclosure employs the highest-quality MDF construction and is finished in jet ash vinyl veneer. This floorstander also features a "floating," or suspended, grille design, which minimizes image-impairing sonic reflections. The SF1's surprising high level of smooth and seamless sound reproduction creates a knock-your-sock-off experience that will impress your friends and provide years of high-quality audio entertainment.
All in the Family
The Synergy Series was developed using the quality materials and the latest technology to deliver extraordinary sound from today's digital sources. Designed as a family, the Klipsch Synergy Series was brought into being to provide optimal performance in either a home theater or music system. Klipsch SF1 speakers are an excellent choice for both stereo music systems or as front channel speakers for a complete surround system. For home theater use, Klipsch engineers created voice matched center and rear surround speakers (sold separately) to complement your Synergy series front channel speakers. All Synergy speakers offer the accuracy, dramatic imaging, and high sensitivity that characterize the "live" Klipsch sound; offering the kind of high quality performance normally found only in professional speakers. Bring concert hall sound to your home with Klipsch Synergy series speakers.

I have owned the Klipsch SF-1 floorstanding speakers for one week now and have injoyed the bright full sound they produce. The clarity, balance, and depth of sound that these 2-way small towers produce is wonderful. I live in and apartment and if I had any more speaker it would be overwhelming. I have been wanting to get a home theatre system for awhile and when I saw that Vanns was running a sale on last years Klipsch Synergy line I knew it was time. Vanns offered some of the best speaker packages I have ever seen. With theese speakers there is no shortage of volume or dynamics. I could not be happier with speakers or with the service I have recieved from Vanns.

A close friend of mine recently wowwed me with his home theater system comprising a Yamaha RX-Z series receiver and Klipsch Reference series speakers. Consequently, I ended up buying Klipsch Synergy series SF-1s, SC-1, and SB-1s to complete my system.
The SF-1s are ported in the back so make sure you have enough space behind it for best bass response.
Soundwise, the SF-1s are very efficient and crisp in sound reproduction. It is capable of producing a wide frequency range for those who like to tweak their receiver's equalizer settings. In my case, the Yamaha RX-V750 I have comes with many preset sound fields and the SC-1 is able to handle all very well. Prior to choosing the SF-1s I tried out the SF-2s on the same receiver. The SF-2s separated the treble and mid-range better but I think the presence of second woofer neutralized the bass response somewhat. The SF-1s produced better bass and thus worked better for me because I like to listen to music at low volume without turning on the subwoofer.
My rating speaks for itself, the Klipsch Synergy series speakers are unbeatable in value for their effiency, clarity, and price!

I have had the pleasure of owning the Klipsch SF-1 floorstandig speakers for one week now and have been in audio bliss since I hooked them up last Friday. The clarity, balance, and depth of sound that these 2-way small towers produce is a delight to hear. My living room is 18'by 11' and although I had fallen in love with the Klipsch SF-3 towers at the local showroom I knew that they would just be total overkill in such a small area. I have been wanting to get a home theatre system for awhile and when I saw that Vanns was running a sale on last years Klipsch Synergy line I knew it was time. Vanns offered some of the best speaker packages I have ever seen on these speakers and even allowed me to customize the bundle that I wanted to match the space considerations in my home. I ended up with the SF-1 towers up front, the SC-1 for the center, and a pair of SB-1 bookshelf models for the rear surrounds followed by the Velodyne 3500 rounding out the bottom end. From the armies of Middle Earth marching through my living room to the most intricate guitar instrumentals the SF-1s are detailed, articulate, and just a joy to listen to. I am running all of this through a Harmon Kardon AVR 130 45 real world watts per channel and with the efficiency of the Klipsch speakers there is no shortage of volume or dynamics. I could not be happier with speakers or with the service I have recieved from Vanns.
