This model is solid, durable and precise.
Smooth pitch control and TOTALLY manual!
After seven years of the same turntable and doubting that I could ever replace "old faithful", I took the chance with the Sony PS-LX350H and was pleasantly surprised. |

| I was CD'd out and dying to hear some of my old albums but I hadn't had a turntable since the early nineties. I jumped on the web, figured out that I wanted Sony turntable to match my other audio components and bought it with a few clicks. It arrived a few days later and I quickly unboxed it to set it up. Set up was easy, the cables I needed were included. I installed the needled, balanced the arm and plugged it into my receiver/amplifier. I put on an old Stones album -- "Through the Past, Darkly" -- and cranked it up! The turntable worked great; it belted out clear, rich sound from my vintage albums. The Sony LX350 is a top performer and looks good, too!. |

This Turntable is a great solid piece of equipment. I have been looking around since its previous model the 300H and finally decided to buy a good turntable so I can play some of my Families old LP's and so I decided on this one. Everything works great. The sound is awsome. I highly Recomend. Compared to some of other Turntable I have looked at costing twice as much as this one. This one Beats them all. Hands Down. For Quality of Construction, and Sound Quality. |

This Sony turntable works as advertised and makes my old LP's sound great using the JVC Home Theater system I recently purchased from Vann's.
After my original purchase of the JVC system I had no reservations of ordering from Vann's again. |

Been getting use to the features of this turntable. First, Vann's done an exceptional job to keep me informed of tracking my shipment. Arrived a few days early. The bargain price for the quality of this turntable is the most bang for the buck.
Instructions were easy to set the unit up. Took all of 5-10 minutes. It has the weight and anti-skating adjustments for precision arm calabration. Even a speed slider to dial in the laser light with the table markers. It is as a previous commentor posted, completely manual.
The slick black finish and tinted cover makes this unit appear stout from the outside. The four huge round bases allows for perfect balancing on an uneven surface. The stylus and needle has the clarity of the high end tables but without emptying your wallet.
Very satified with this turntable and Vann's excellent service and options like warranty. |

Vinyl still rules! If you're reading this you're probably still trying to figure out why we gave up on vinyl so easily. No doubt you're back in the market looking for a good turntable. Digital formats just don't cut it to my ear. Well recorded CD's sound sound good but just don'thave the 'presence' or 'air' about them that good vinyl does. Soo..The Sony PS LX350H is probably just the cure you need to fill your ears with smooth sounding tunes! This is a solid 'table for the money and totally manual to boot-not much to go wrong. If you want automatic convenience you'll be disappointed. If you don't mind 'tweaking' the table to set it up right you'll be rather pleased. The .6 mil conical stylus it comes with sounds pretty good once you get the alingment right. An overhang gauge should be part of the package-I doubt if any of them are aligned correctly from the factory. Be sure the 'table is level-the adjustable feet are pretty handy in this regard. Not a bad package overall. Definately not a light weight. No, it's not a Thorens, Rega or SL1200, but if you decide on this turntable you won't be disappointed, especially if you deal with Vann's! |

I needed a new turntable as my old one had been operating poorly and then the belt went. I could have just replaced the belt, but with the other problems, I thought it best to upgrade. I had read reviews of the Sony PSLX350H, and it sounded to fit my needs with the exception of a few reviews that indicated that the unit did not maintain platter speed consistently. I decided to give it a try just the same. I ordered from Vanns and was extremely happy to get the unit the next day even though I really didnt expect to see it until after the weekend. Once set up and hooked up to my stereo system Sony STR-DB830, I was completely surprised at the sound coming from my old record collection. Highs and Lows were crisp and sharp. I am VERY impressed with the unit. I am also happy to report that the platter speed remains very consistent. I highly recommend the Sony PLLX350H turntable to anyone who needs a turntable but does not want to spend hundreds. I also recommend Vanns because of their quick response.
