Dont even think about buying these puppies unless you are running a very clean amplifier or receiver. The detail these speakers bring out in a recording is stunning. I never liked the sound of the Klipsch horns until I heard these. The bass is deep and tight...very defined and mature. Dont get me wrong, these speakers will rattle the neighbors windows two house down if you have the power to push them. They are heavy. Watch your back. I agree with the previous reviewer, they stay clean as long as your amp doesnt clip. I am driving them with a Pioneer Elite 84 140watts bi-amped!! Oh Yeah!!!

I picked up a pair of these speakers in April 2008.

Once I got them hooked up and running it only took a second to hear that I made the right choice.

The chrisp accurate fast tight responce was amazing to say the least.

They have very warm active and punchy bass respons.

Mabey its just me, but it seems that the louder I crank them up the better they sound.

My Onyko TX-SR 805 with 130 watts per channel realy makes these babys sing with no distortion at all, and let me tell ya I LIKE IT LOUD.
