I am in the process of finishing my basement and am creating a home theater area with a basic 5.1 surround. I was looking for four 6.5 two way in walls with aimable tweeters to go with my m-audio powered sub and infinity center channel. LR Front and Rear. I shopped around and most of the products I liked were $200 or more a pair..... Somehow I stumbled across glowing reviews for Mirage owned by klipsch and their higher end products...so when i got to their web site I saw the i-6w which they describe as a multi-purpose in wall speaker. They arrived today, I took a pair out of the box and tested them side by side with my more expensive bookshelf speakers upstairs and they sound great. Crystal clear no coloring added to the sound. They seem reasonably efficient too...I didnt turn them up loud, but my 50 watt receiver powered them nicely. I was nervous that this deal was too good to be true....it seems I found a great value.
