A number of technologies contribute to the incredible acoustic quality of this speaker: its 2-way bass reflex speakers use two 6-inch woofers and a 1-inch decoupled tweeter to render faithful, outstanding sound. The speakers come equipped with Jamo's Active Impedance Correction system, which neutralizes the magnetic field around the pole piece to decrease distortion by up to 50%. Instead of a traditional dust cap, the speaker contains a center plug that stabilizes sound reproduction. Meanwhile, a variety of technologies contribute to handling of high frequencies. For example, the decoupled tweeter technology (DTT) works to prevent vibration so that high frequencies sound right. Also, the hard conical cone (HCC) allows midrange to handle high frequencies without distortion. Not only does this speaker have intelligent technologies, but it also looks great with its Danish design and sleek finish.

I found the Jamo speakers to be very comfortable on the ears through a complete set-up put together by my grandson in his home. He uses a smaller speaker however. This center speaker does, indeed, do a very good job for most dialogue and music. I cant be a perfect judge because of a hearing loss. However, this suits me just fine. It is pleasant even at very large volume. This cannot be said by other speakers in the price range.
I understand that Klipsch bought Jamo as a subsidiary. Why the full range of speakers is not available is a mystery to me. As I understand, they are made in Denmark and have a very good reputation even though they are not pushed to the American market.
