See my review under 8040st towers by Def Tech for more info. This center channel speaker offers a lot for the money. It provides crystal clear dialogue and excellent aesthetics. Definitive Technology designs these speakers so well. They are classy looking and built extremely solid. Setup was easy and the performance is superb. Do not hesitate buying this or any other Def Tech product.

Im reviewing the service I received from Vanns and the initial product quality of this clearance item after opening it.

Vanns has done an admirable job of customer service since Ive been a customer of theirs. This is the second speaker purchase from the online store and Im very pleased with the prices and the selection. Free shipping is another big plus on the site.

I have not hooked the speaker up to my AV system yet since I dont have its opposite number yet. But the product was a clearance item on the site and, upon inspection of the item, appears to be in very good condition. The clearance page for this product mentioned a large number of scratches on the speaker, but upon opening the product, I observed the scratches were on the back of the product where the previous owner clearly mounted the speaker on the wall and the movementfriction of the speaker while on the wall caused some cosmetic damage to the speaker. Otherwise, it remains in pristine condition on all visible surfaces. Please note once again that I have not hooked the speaker up yet so I can update this review once that happens.
