The Sub-10 reaches deeper and hits harder thanks to a 10", down-firing driver coupled to a highly efficient BASH amplifier that creates 200 watts of continuous power and 420 watts of dynamic power. With its charged presence and room-rocking abilities, the Sub-10 delivers an adrenaline rush of sound that will impress your friends and provide years of high-quality audio entertainment.
The subwoofer's built-in, steep-slope (24dB/octave) low-pass crossover is continuously adjustable from 40 to 120Hz. A phase control facilitates acoustical integration of the subwoofer with the other speakers in the system. An "auto power" feature enables the subwoofer to turn itself on and off (standby) automatically, based on the presence or absence of an audio signal. A blue/red dual color LED display on the front of the subwoofer indicates whether the unit is on or in standby mode.
In addition to delivering a bass impact that's beyond restraint, the Sub-10 features a new industrial design that is refined and aggressive. Available in a black finish with titanium accents, this extraordinary subwoofer matches the entire Synergy Series lineup in both style and performance.

I had this sub for little less than a year before it stopped working. I returned it for a refund. The sub provided good bass a little boomy for me probably due to the positioning. Also it was bulky. I later purchase a mini Mirage sub MM6 which worked better for my needs

My first one was DOA, but thanks to Vanns excellent service, I got a new one quickly. I have been enjoying everything about it. I could do without the bluered light, but these days apparently we need reassurance that our device is functioning. I upgraded from a Polk SW10. It matches my Klipsch surrounds perfectly. I got mine free with the Quintets. I hope that I am allowed to say that. Deep bass without distortion and takes whatever I throw at it. Driven with Pioneer VSX-921. Id recommend for a budget friendly option. Klipsch and Vanns make beautiful music....and surround...together.

Works great and is much louder than I expected. Great Price too. Used it to replace a blown subwoofer from an Infinity six piece home theater system. It seems much more powerful than the 8 inch Infinity sub and also the sub that comes with the Klipsch HD Theater 500 system. I had also considered buying that system to replace the whole Infinity set because I had listened to one that my friend has. I decided to just get the sub for money reasons and I am happy with the decision. I have to keep the level adjustment below 50 so it doesnt drown out my other speakers. This isnt a problem it just shows how powerful it is. I guess this means Ill have to upgrade to some floor standing Klipsch speakers in the future!

Ive had my Sub 10 for just over 4 years. I bought this sub as a college student and USED and ABUSED it. I started having problems with it a few days ago and am about to buy another one. I LOVE this sub! For 3 out of the 4 years It has been used, it was used as loud as possible every weekend for hours on end without any problem.
Ive read multiple forums and have not found another sub that would be comparable at this price.

This is by far the best deal out there on a sub.
It seemed to tune into all my other Klipsch speakers and made my home theater complete. It will shake the whole house but clearly. My other sub was a 12 inch KLH and it has nothing on this Awesome Klipsch 10 inch. You better get one before theyre all gone.

Excellent match for my KSF 10.5s. The subwoofers sound musically blends in very nicely and provides a balanced low end that was previously lacking. Drums, bass guitars and effects are so much fuller. The speakers looks are very aesthetic and in the corner are not an eyesore. >The valueprice ration is excellent and I would recommend these.

No complaints about this sub. Its bigger than I was expecting, for a ten inch sub. The sound is pretty good. Its not the most accurate I dont think but it adds great depth and rounds out my system nicely. Works equally well for both music and movies. For the price i bought it at Im thrilled.

I have hooked my sub10 into my onkyo reciever and it rocks. I have the F3 towers with it and the sub10 hits great. Deep bass that you can feel and hear. Great with music and adds to every movie. I really enjoy the subwoofer.

Great sound. Klipsch really did good with this one. The downward firing is really cool when you can feel the rumble in your feet. Put together with Quintets, this combo gives a new meaning to hoem theater. This puts out plenty of bass for a 300 sq ft room. Just make sure you get a receiver that will push it, do your homework!!

Great sounding sub, especially coupled with my Harmon-Kardon AVR!. Has the power to fill up a room and shake the house! and not be overbearing for reference, my LR is ~20x15. Set-up was easy. It was a little larger than I expected, but that wasnt really an issue. Great value for what I paid for it.

I'm so glad I decided to upgrade my Kenwood with the Klipsch Sub10. What a difference!! The Klipsch has a very clean sound and great sounding bass. I can feel the sound in my stomach. This subwoofer is all you need, just be care full wilh cords they break off easy in speaker. There are two channels right and left so If you break one channel you have anouther, I like the guality of Klipch.

I am very pleased with the SUB 10. I am still tweeking it. Room placement, crossover frequency etc.. Right now I placed it on a piece of wood to see how it affects the bass vs carpet. All in all, it pairs up real nice with the other speakers. Vanns was very helpful and the sub arrived undamaged. For the money, I have no complaints.

Im impressed with the sound that comes from this unit, it adds so much depth with my home theatre unit. extremely good value for the money, but not a high end musically accurate sub. Comes with a more powerful amplifire than most other subs in this cheap price range. Fairly solid, non resonant cabinet for its price. requires careful setting of the high pass filter and volume in order not to sound boomy or intrusive. fills in well with small satellite speakers in a small to medium sized room. Experiment with positioning to get best sound.

This sub is awesome for any price. Given the super low price on Vanns it was a no brainer. I almost went with a $500 Klipsch SW-450 sub, then I heard the Klipsch Synergy SUB10 at a friends house and was blown away, literally!
I have this sub mated with a Yamaha RX-V467 and a set of Klipsch VF-36 towers. My 2.1 Stereo system makes most 5.1 or 7.1 systems sound weak by comparison.

I recently purchased a Klipsch Sub 10. It was a great price so I jumped at the opportunity.
I finally have the sound Ive alaways wanted! The Sub 10 compliments my other speakers perfectly.
Im 48yrs. old so I think I deserve a qaulity sound. I recomend the Sub 10s to everyone who wants that sound that theyve heard from other systems but just dont have it them selves. You wont be disappointed.
Dealing with Vans was no problems or disappoinments at all.

This Klipsch Sub10 sub-woofer really rocks! It is a very powerful speaker, providing awesome sound during our favorite action movies. Ive had to turn down the volume gain to less that 50--the light fixture in our entry way vibrates like crazy during explosions or spacecraft fly-overs.
Vanns delivered this unit VERY quickly.
Only challenge--the Klipsch instructions were not very clear on how to connect this sub-woofer. I had to use a life-line I called a friend.

I was originally worried about purchasing this sub after reading all the negative reviews online, problems with built in amp. However, for the price, it was hard to pass up. It perfroms very, very well and its been a great addition to my home theater set up. Hopefully, the warranty will sill be active if I have any probelms, but if not, $199 for a couple of years of service is ok with me!

Got the sub with WF-34s and WC-24 speakers. Wow! I have them all hooked up to a Marantz 6005 and the sound is incredible. The crossover is seemless from the 34s to the sub 10. The sub 10 is deep and full. Movies have a new sound to them. The ground shakes on those action movies. Bass lines on soundtracks are tight. Of course I have to watch the volume. I almost rattled some pictures off the shelves. Wife would not have been happy. Great speaker for the $ and great look.

I purchased this sub while constructing my first system and let me say, it has done nothing but exceeded my expectations in terms of its performance. I was drawn to this sub based on the power and size for the price. I have it hooked up with my harmon kardon 3490 tuner and a pair of cerwin vega bookshelfs and the system sounds amazing. I have yet to put the volume and sub gain all the way up... its that powerful. It continues to put out clear, crisp bass sound even with the volume up extremely high.

I did much research while looking for this specific model from this specific brand. I looked @ ALL of the big-name electronic stores & found the Vanns.com store while researching online. Far & away Vanns had the best price for this SUPERB speaker. The sound is phenominal, the manufacturing is fantastic & the price was unbeatable. It arrived @ my door in perfect condition. If youre in the market for a sub-speaker, I highly recommend this product & to be purchased from this store!!!

Clean sounding sub, awesome at this price. Volume only needs to be set at less than half or the walls will split. The auto shut-off feature is nice. Perfect sub for movies, tv, etc. Im beyond my crazy loud music days therefore, I havent used it for music only yet.

I got it along with WF-34 pair and WC-24 center piece. it works great! at around 90dB, it was shaking the living room !! I had to reduce the volume. waiting to order the other surround pieces from same brand.

I bought the Sub 10 as a final addition to my Klipsch Synergy surround system, and I couldnt be more pleased with its clean, powerful sound. The fact that Vanns was selling the speaker at half price was a real plus. Excellent product and excellent online vendor!

Super Sub----I have never heard better for the size and price. I would recommend this sub to anyone who is looking for a good combination to a home entertainment center. The sound is smooth with just the right bass on whatever effect it is duplicating. The only thing that could be improved is the indicator light on the front is bright enough to be distracting.

What a deal I got with this thing! My friend bought this one from another store a few years ago for over double the price. Klipsch never disappoints especially at this price point. This sub kicks the tail out of my last sub. I only have it at 40 power and my neighbors already hate me twice as much as before.
Great deep bass. No muddiness. Will shake your girlys panties right off! Have fun and dont be afraid of buying this without hearing it bc you wont be disappointed.

I have had this subwoofer for a few weeks and cranked it up on a few action movies. No issue with power or sound quality. Great lows and a full range of controls to match your current speaker set up. Runs VERY quiet with no pops when powering up from standby mode.

This sub has taken me 2 years to purchase. I had a 10 jbl sub that work flawlessly but I wanted to get the klipsch so it would match the rest of my sound system. After I received this sub it looked amazing. Plugged it in to my receiver and started to play COD. I was blown away with the sound, I knew it was a great purchase when my wife walked 2 floors down in our house at 1am yelling that this new sub is WAY TOO LOUD. Thats when I knew it was a keeper. I have always been amazed with klipsch products. In my opinion they are just as good if not better than BOSE and more affordable.

I was in the market to replace an infinity 12 subwoofer which failed and decided on the Klipsch synergy sub10.
I am ecstatic with this purchase as this subwoofer delivers the the deep, boomy, room-shaking bass I was looking for.
The speaker was very easy to set up and I really appreciate the fine tweaking guidelines for tuning this speaker downloadable from the Klpsch website.The sub is a well built, solid speaker and the only caveat is the weight. At almost 40 pounds it is a load to handle. Other then the weight this is a totally great speaker.

My first subwoofer. More powerful than a locomotive, or at any rate, more powerfui than my bookshelf Cerwin-Vegas with 12-inch woofers. Shakes the whole room, but sounds clean. I bought this to complement a Klipsch Quintet satellite system. And the price was good, half of the list price.

I added this sub to replace the included sub in the HD500 setup. What a difference. I was going to leave both subs hooked up but the sub-10 makes the other sub useless. Listened to all types of music and could not make the sub distort. AWESOME!!!

I absolutely love this sub. I purchased my first Klipsch Sub-10 a few years back, together with the Quintet III system and it blew me away. Great, accurate lows make this sub very satisfying to the ear. I am building a sound system for my sister and recommended this sub to her. When I told her that its the same one that I have, her eyes widened and I could sense the drool was developing. I immediately ordered this sub, based on her reaction. Needless to say, Klipsch is great at what they do, and I am very happy with this sub....

1 week old and we are very happy with our purchase!! The Sub 10 was a great replacement for my 8 year old JBL. We were so excited we plugged in jurasic park and top gun to put it to the test. I went to to local stores to buy one and the service was terrible, jumped online with vanns ,read some reveiws and had it delivered to my doorstep in 2 days.

First off I have a 12 inch klipsch in my living room. After experiencing that sound I decided to get one for my master bedroom. Well when looking at some of vanns great deals I decided to buy the 10 inch as an up grade for my 8 inch in my master bedroom. Well I couldnt have been more pleased with the sound in which I already have the klipsch 5-1 speaker system in the living room and the master bedroom . And after I finish this review I think Im going to purchase one for the guest bedroom .

When I first powered it on, I thought this is great-- and some action on screen caused my windows to rattle and water sitting in a clear glass near the sub-woofer vibrated like the water in the movie Jurassic Park when the T-Rex was moving in on the car. The Klipsch Speakers SUB10 really does bring the movie home to you.

This unit is more than I could have expected. It was the only missing piece. The price was great, shipping was prompt, and the sound rocks! The only problem is my husband now complains the walls rattle when I am watching sopa operas. Just wait unrtil the warm weather gets here and I have music blasting out of it! hehehe

WOW! Looking for value and quality is not easy. I researched the Klipsh Synergy 10 subwoofer and found out it sells for a whopping $1400.00 in other places. I paid $198.00 for it here which included shipping price! A 5 year warranty, and it is honestly the best sound I have ever heard from a subwoofer. It had never been open before, and it is not second rate equipment. I am enjoying it every moment that I turn it on. My friends and family are literally blown away by its performance, price, an quality. Thank you Vanns

Excellent subwoofer for the price, I have never owned a powered sub before, so I dont have much to compare against, but I couldnt imagine anyone needing more bass for a medium sized room than what this sub provides. For movies I only keep the gain at about a 14 way or its just too much bass. My only complaint was packaging, it was shipped in the retail box, so anyone could see what exactly it was, in case they were interested in borrowing it from my doorstep, and the box looked like the fine folks at ups drug it behind the truck half way across the country. It survived mostly unscathed, but there was one dime sized spot where the corner was smashed. I decided to deal with it rather than go thru the hassle of returning it, and hoping for a better outcome on the next one.

i just order a 2nd one due to low prices my orginal was nearly twices as much. the senergy pb-10 is by far in top 10 rankings in audiophile subwoofers. the bass is deep , clean ,powerful no mud here it peaks 500 watts and sounds more powerfull then spec. reveil, i also have its bigger brother pb-12 but sounds a bit muddy for my ears the pb-10 is hard hitting and you will love its tight bass you will feel in your gut. i love this sub. and at half off , i want a back up for my system.

I plugged this sub in and right away I was amazed with the sound it produced. There are lows that you cannot hear with smaller subs, but it still has great and crisp quality. It makes my home theater come to life and makes going to the movie theater an unneeded expense.
I recommend the SUB10 to anyone who enjoys listening to music, or movies, but doesnt want to pay $500 or more for a subwoofer.

I received my Klipsch Sub 10 subwoofer from Vanns on Oct. 11, 2010. I immediately hooked it up and wow! What performance. I previously had the Klipsch KSW10. It was good, but nothing like the Sub 10. This thing will rock the house! Cant wait to watch a movie! I have only had it one day, but I couldnt be happier! What makes it better was the great price! I will return to Vanns to buy more in the future!

Got the SUB10 on sale, which was a great deal by the way, to replace an older Advent powered sub. I have no complaints whatsoever about the Sub10. It works great and looks great. I like the downward firing driver and it offers all the necessary inputs along with simple controls. The only gripe would be a general one about all Klipsch products in that their product manuals are rather sparse.
5-year limited warranty on the cabinet and drivers, 2-year limited warranty on electronics and amplifier
