I bought Sony F series laptop from vanns. as there was some discrepency in the specs on the website i had an online chat with one of the sales person who assured me that it contains 6 gb or ram and an Ati display adapter. however when i got the product the installed ram was 4gb with nvidia display adapter.
When i contacted the customer services they told me to return the product and that the money will be reimbursed however i liked the product and kept it. So far it is working quite well.
So no hard feelings
overall the service of the website and the product both are prety good.

I have found Sony VAIO laptops to be reliable, and durable performers, and so far it has not disappoint me. Laptop has a beautiful design. Big sharp screen. Lighted keys are a nice feature at night. Nice feel to keyboard. Quick performance. Quiet. Getting use to the off center mouse touchpad, its off center. Dislikes Battery life could be longer. AC adapter is big.

First of all it is Sony. I own many Sony products and it serves me very well. It is very fast and It is highly configured for audio video auditng. there is no comparison with other brand lobtops that I own.
