The service for streaming the pictures via web FrameChannel has been shut down. This means you should not buy this frame unless you will not use the service. FrameAlbum dot com is currently undergoing some tests as a replacement service.

This digital picture frame is AMAZING! Its high-gloss black onyx frame goes well in any decor and its large 10 display make it easy for photos to be enjoyed by guest from a distance. Were so happy with this purchase that we bought two!

We had considered getting a digital picture frame for use in a trade show booth, to show potential customers projects we had done. In reality, we ordered the 10-inch Toshiba to use for my mother-in-laws funeral, instead of having the funeral home do a video. I tell you this, because we were under a deadline when it arrived. I downloaded the photos to a memory card while my husband did the briefest of reviews of the instructions. With less than 45 minutes between the time it was delivered and when we headed out the door, the frame was up and running. Its that easy to use.
The screen resolution is great, with multiple settings with which you can customize the show. Its lightweight, portable, and incredibly good looking. The funeral director was really impressed and so were family members. Since it played to such rave reviews, Im planning on using it at a family reunion this summer.
Its loaded with features you wont find on other frames, including WiFi, so you can send info from your computer to the frame. It also has its own internal memory. Between the WiFi andor a large memory card, theres no need to ever worry about having too many images or too much music. It can be hung on the wall, either horizontally or vertically it also stands on a flat surface.
To be honest, what drew me to it was the generous screen size, its sleek good looks, and the fact that it came from a Montana retailer. Ive shopped in person at Vanns and like doing business with them. Ive already suggested that my brother get one as well, so he can bring his photos to the family reunion.

Love the sleek look of the frame. Photos are sharp, clear, and bright. LOVE the wifi capability and am hooked on theFRAME CHANNEL. I had no idea that this technology even exsisted, and was so easy to use. Set-up was a breeze, had the frame up and running in a few minutes, and now view about 700 different photos that had been sitting in storage on my computer. My family loves it. This is easily the best frame out there, and will give it as a gift to those I love.
Also, Vanns was awesome to deal with. Great communication and old fashioned customer service.
