Excellent monitor, built in speakers are underpowered, so hold on to your speakers if you like to listen to music through your PC. Otherwise, a great value for the money, you cant go wrong with this product. If it were not for the underpowered
speakers I would give it all 5s

I bought this on clearance. It was a great price. It has many color settings. The picture is clear. I have the dvi hooked up. The sound is clear. It takes alittle bit to figure out how to adjust the sound. I watched the ncaa and its not hdmi. I also used headphones.

Awesome monitor for the price. It couldnt beat the price anywhere.
Monitor was received within a couple of days and shipping was free, another great savings.
Having all of the cables included was awesome. Didnt have to run to the store for additional equipment.
Easy to hook-up.
Next computer will be an Asus.

I did a lot of research on the monitor prior to my purchase. The monitor works as advertised. Picture is brilliant and colors are vibrant with excellent refresh times. I would highly recommend this monitor and Vanns customer service is second to none as I have come to expect over my repeated transactions with them. Top notch in every way.

Excellent color and contrast. Very natural compared to some comparable LCD monitors Ive seen. Quick setup out of the box with no dead pixels. I cant comment on sound quality or response time as I dont have the speakers attached, and rarely use it for video or gaming.
Better overall than the 22 inch Samsung I paid more for last year.

Monitor arrived well packaged and no damage. This is a 1920x1080 monitor. No deadstuck pixels! Installation of a monitor arm to the back of the VH222 was a snap. Cable connectors are easily accessible. The on screen menu is easy to navigate.
The dot pitch is very small an makes text reading hard on the eyes. I dont think this problem is specific to this ASUS monitor but a result of a 22 monitor at 19x10 resolution. My other monitor is a 21, 16x10 with larger dot pitch, which I prefer. Im getting older sigh. I solved this problem by adjusting the text DPI in Windows. ClearType tuning doesnt seem to make much difference.
Movie watching on the monitor is great. I stream movies from NetFlix and they look fine.
A great monitor for the money and I would buy another.

Nothing bad to say about this monitor ... It is plug and play, has solid resolution, is affordably priced, has a small footprint and wide field of view. Got this one for my 19 year old son, who is somewhat of an equipment snob. he loves it. You could go for a bigger screen if you have lots of data or spreadsheets, but that is not a typical user need. Get one ...

I have 3 of these 22 inch monitors, and another VK246H 24 inch which are used for my business. I have about a year on the 24 inch, and seems to keep working perfectly. The quality, price, and performance cant be beat ! I would highly recommend these monitors over high $ brands ANY DAY!

A great monitor with an excellent picture. Ive had it for a month now and havent even scratched the surface on what it can do. It has five different modes for different uses. Colors are great, picture is very clear and sharp. This is a super monitor, especially for the low price, Id recommend!
