The battery backup gives you enough time (5.5 minutes at full load or 18.3 minutes at half load) to safely shut everything down. LED display and alarms

At a glance, you can tell whether the BX900R is on or not thanks to the LED display. Indicators also tell you when it's time to replace the battery or when overload occurs. Audible alarms let you know when the battery is near death or approaching overload.

I purchased a home that had one of these batteries that was flashing that it was at the end of its life, so I simply ordered a new one as a replacement. While it works perfeclty well, it is very loud. I had to put it in a cabinet and install an IR repeater so that I could control all of the things plugged into it without keeping the cabinet door open and hearing the buzz. Other than that, it is great.

This was purchased at the Clearance outlet as a great deal.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews on the internet. Main concern was that it was very noisy.

But it is NOISELESS. All hardware and software work great.

VERY happy with Vanns service and shipping time.

This is the second order from the Clearance outlet....another great buy!
