Picked up this unit after compairing it to others in price range. It blew everything else away in the $130 range let alone picking this baby up for $60 after an additional $10 off from Vanns. Unit was better quality than I was expecting, looks great and works even better. Plenty of filtered and seperated outlets very well laid out and attractive APC quality is evident. I have 5 components plugged into mine a high power sub and amp included. This unit has everything sounding clean and quiet. Would have been a great deal at full price, nothing else comes close in this price range. I also own a Panamax unit but this little APC sure is a nice unit.

I almost didnt buy this when I was shopping for my home theater equipment, but Im glad I did! I could tell right away that it was heavy-duty. The outlets are labeled and the owners manual also helps to let you know what to plug in which outlet. Also coax ins & outs to make sure that your system is protected in that respect too. Its wall-mountable, but I have it in my entertainment center, behind my Blu-ray. The Blu-ray isnt very deep, so the power center fits behind it perfectly.

Typical APC quality-top notch, well packaged, has 10 labeled outlets, outlets on the side make for neat andor low headroom clearance, beautiful presentation appearance, very-very nice suppressorfilter, should satisfy just about everyones needs, ability to mount or hang is a nice touch, great price compared to what else is available in this category, should last a long time.

Although surprisingly large as compared to other conditioner - surge protectors, I found the device to be very functional. Having a 50 inch plasma 1080P television, XBOX 350, and a DENON AV surround sysyem with DVR and a Sony Blu-ray player - the APC power filter offered more than enough outlets, each color keyed and denoted for a particular electronic device. In my case, I wall mounted the unit using the template included. By registering the device with APC, you are insured up to $350,000.00 if the filter fails to protect your valuable electronics from power surge damage. A great addition to the Lifetime Guarantee that is provided. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I returned the APC power supply immediately after receiving it. The power supply was very big ~ 24 and could not fit into the cabinet with the other components. This is not necessarily the fault of APC but I was not aware of the size of the power supply prior to receiving it.

This thing is awesome, pretty big! Plenty of plugs and cleaned up my sound alot. I was getting some 60hz hum from my speakers, but now that I have this thing, no more hum! Great for small studios or home theater stuff, as you dont have to fit it into a rack like a piece of pro audio equipment.

This glorified power strip is built like a tank. It is nice to know I have a solid filtersurge protector backed by a great protection plan for my new home theater setup.
I think the filter has even removed the hum I was occasionally getting when watching cable....

I purchased this super duty surge protector per the suggestion of the sales agent. He highly recommended it and was not pressuring me to purchase.
I have not plugged everything up to it yet but its supposed to protect the noise level of the LCD tv while running multiple electrical items at the same time. Its worth it for the simple fact that we just bought new LCDs and want them to last.

The APC is quite impressive for the price. It offers comparable or better features than units costing 2 to 3 times what I paid at Vanns.
It has a good layout and connections are a snap.

APC Component Power Centers C5 eliminate power abnormalities such as surges or EMIRFI that threaten your home theater components. I had my TV up and running before I had my Apc component and I believe my TV pictures comes in better with it.

I purchased the APC C5 just before Christmas. I had considered the Monster brand but really did not want to spend that much money and too many reviews were not in their favor. I have a Surge Arrest by APC that I had purchased around 10 years and have never had a problem with so I checked on line for their other products. I ended up picking the C5 because it had 10 outlets, I liked the size and shape of the unit and the fact I could mount it on the wall was great. I spoke with a salesman about the product and he spoke highly of the APC C5 and said it was one of their top sellers. I decided to give it a shot. You cant beat the price for a 10 outlet unit. I ended up buying 2 of them, one for myself and one for my son. We are both very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased this to go along with a new TV and surround sound system. Would have really liked a full battery back up, but its out of my budget at the moment. This is a well featured solid piece of equipment for the price and at least for me, the piece of mind knowing I am safe from power surges is invaluable.

I ordered this Power surge and noise filtering protector and received it fast!
I like the APCAV because it is slim and fits behind our audio pier very well. I also liked its dedicated plugs for audio and video filtering. I highly recommend it to everyone who has invested in their audio and visual equipment.
