THIS ADAPTER INSTALLS 1-2-3 VERY EASY WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, I AM A NOVICE. I INSTALLED AS INSTRUCTION FIGUE SHOWED WITH ADAPTER PARRALLEL WITH BACK OF TV. AFTER DIFFERENT FAILURES I TRIED MY LAST HOPE. I ADDED THE 90 DEGREE ADAPTER TO IT AND BINGO IT WORKED FINE.

You havent lived until youve watched a movie streaming online from Netflix, VUDU, or even YouTube. The Samsung wireless thingie just plugs into the back of the unit. The on-screen instructions guide you through the setup. Trust me if I can do it you can do it. It took me 10 minutes or less to get online. It just works. Great.

althought I hate that samsung makes you buy their own wireless usb link for their products, It works very well. I just plugged it into my samsung TV and followed the instructions and it was set up easy 1-2-3. no hasstle or problems. Its great to keep firmware up-to-date and use all the apps without having another wire to attach to the tv. the retail price is crazy steep, but as usual, vanns cuts that price in half and ships same day.

Seems to work okay. I had a little difficulty getting the device to recognise my wireless network. None of my computers nor iphone have that trouble. Nice to have to access the internet rather than using an ethernet cable.

The WIS09ABGN wireless USB dongle is a nice feature that allows our DVD player to access a wide variety of internet services - NETFLIX, Facebook, etc. The only limits are the limits in the Samsung Blueray player itself - which the dongle can't fix.

I received the Samsung Wireless adaptor in less than a week from Vanns. It came sooner than what they esitmated on my order. Product was brand new and just as advertised. It was simple to install, just plug into the USB port on my Blu-Ray player and setting a couple of options per on-screen instructions and I was connected. I was concerned that I might have problems programming through my wireless Lan high level security firewall, but everything went quickly and easily. It was less than 5 minutes from start to finish and I was watching a downloaded movie.

This wireless adapter is a good choice if you do not have the option to have a wired connection directly to your Blu-Ray player. My parents house did have wires placed in their television area, so this was actually the only reasonable option ceilings are 20 high so wall cabling is out! They wanted Netflix like us and they are thus far happy with the results.

This is my second Samsung wireless dongle. I have mixed feelings about the dongles you have to buy these days. They are overpriced. This one came with my TV though, As a freebie, it is the best value of any product ever. It really does work great. I have no problems what so ever. I would recommend it to anyone. Bite the bullet and pick one up. You wont regret it.

I purchased this dongle so my new Samsung 63 Plasma TV would have access to my home network. The dongle found the network immediately and was setup and working within 2 minutes. It has a very fast transfer rate. It allowed me to upgrade my firmware on the TV and to download wigets for the television. I now have access to youtube, weather, pandora and much more through my TV. It is a must have for a modern television unless you are going to hardwire the TV to your network via CAT5. Highly recommend.

Simple to install and use. Works flawlessly, except with Vudu when using their XHD mode. Vudu recommends at least 9 mps download speed for their XHD mode. I have 15 mps, but the screen still pauses to refresh and reload every couple of minutes. I'm not sure whether it is the dongles fault. My modem is too far away to hardwire to the TV to check and find out for sure.

Usb wireless dongle works great have it set up right now and it has no problem going through walls or even reaching the far side of the house. Do not like that you have to buy a specific one to work with the TV and it is rather pricey but other than that it works really well.

Theres not too much to review about this adapter. It is pretty cool, and simple to use. And it allows you to stream Netflix, Vudu, Pandora, and other internet content wirelessly to your tv. It has the MAC address on the outside of the adapter. The only problem I had with it, was that the MAC address didnt match up. My apartment complex has an internet service provider that monitors everything that gets on to its server. And in order to connect, you have to call them up and supply them with your MAC address for them to add it to the network so that your device will connect. It took us quite a while to figure out why it wouldnt connect, and it was because the MAC address sticker on the adapter was not the correct MAC address. For most people, however with a normal wireless router in their homes, this shouldnt be a problem.

We were sure we would enjoy the home theatre system we purchased. As it turned out, my new husband has a large Polaroid brand TV which was not compatible with the product, as it - meaning we would need to purchase additional items to facilitate them working together. I still have the Sony wall-mount TV I purchased from your store in Fall 2008. I believe at the right time, my husband will opt for the fineness of the Sony. In the interim, patience prevails. My Cannon digital camera is about 8 years old, so it would be neat to win a new version. I bought my first washerdryer from Vanns in Missoula in 1970 or 1971. The GE set lasted 20 years, just so you will know.

This is a good wireless module, if you need it. Most all Samsung TVs and Blu Ray players come with the ability to connect a network cable directly, which will give you better performance than using this wireless module...so unless you absolutely need it e.g., your TV is not near your routercable modem, Id stick to just using the network cable.

I got this as a bundled product with the TV. Works fine and is able to connect to the network without any problems. If you want to connect to the wireless network with your TV, then this is a must have product. The other option is to just use the wired connection. Got it because of the bundle offer, otherwise I consider it to be too expensive for what is essentially a wireless adapter! The only suggestion that I have for Samsung is to make the entry of the password for secure networks more easy to enter. Other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

This was the easiest wireless device I think I have set up. I plugged it in my new Samsung UNC6800 TV and did the setup on tv and was connected. NO Problems It would have even been faster if my router was not password protected. Speed was fine, I watched Netflix streaming to the TV wireless with no problems on cable internet system. Highly recommend this unstead of all the cables.

I purchasd the Samsung WIS09ABGN wireless USB dongle for use with my new Samsung Blue-Ray Disc Player. It was shipped on-time, and received in perfect condition. I plugged it in as demonstrated, and it imediately recognized my own wireless network, as well as 3 others in my neighborhood.! Unfortunately, even the signal from my own router was not strong enough to sendreceive data, I was unable to use the product effectively. I called Vanns and described the unfortunate situation, and inquired abouyt the return policy. I followed the instructions, received an RMA number, andreturned the product for a full refund. Although disapoointed with the outcome of the prodyuct, I was more than satisfied with the purchase and return process. Thanks for making that part of the transaction worry free.

Even with my weak wireless signal, the Samsung USB wireless receiver clamps on and is always there, on-demand. I just plugged it in and selected the auto set-up and the TV did most of the rest. I did have to go to my computer and adjust one setting in the Internet set-up but I was prompted on the TV set-up to do this.
The wireless data streams to my TV with one button oneoff. I can select a variety of categories stocks, sports, weather, news,... and the data uses transparent overlay to view the information. If I see something of interest, one click and I instantly receive the full story.
Im very much satisfied with the wireless operation, no wires and it works as intended.
I research everything and Vanns price was equal to the best price out there. I had it in my hand in 3 days.

After waiting a long time for this product to become available from the manufacturer, I finally was able to install it on my Blu-ray player. The intended use was to be able to download Netflix from my computers wireless router which is about 50 away.
Ive gone through three routers so far in hopes that it was a router problem, but to no avail. Maybe its that the technology isnt quite there yet. Regardless, it doesnt seem to work for my application.
I would like to see an antenna extender, as the antenna itself is in a pretty much buried location.

This Wifi USB dongle works like a dream. We had just been hooking and unhooking our ethernet cable when we needed it. We would trip over the cord and it was just unsightly. We decided to get the WiFi adapter, plugged it in, connected it to our network and everything worked perfectly.

This product is great. The order was shipped quickly and arrived within a couple days after I ordered the product. I plugged it into the back of my Samsung Model 1600 blue ray player and within minutes I had it connected to my secure wireless network. After I upgraded my firmware, I have been streaming movies and music wireless without any problems. Very easy to use and works beautifully.

The USB dongle arrived sooner than I expected, it worked like a charm. No problem connecting to my homes wireless network. Entered the password and have been able to use the TVs added features such as viewing UTube videos. Based on this experience I would purchase from Vanns.com again.

I still find that a very funny word - dongle. Anyway, Vanns had it for a great price and since weve purchased from them in the past, we know their shipping to be very speedy. The dongle works well so far and weve been LOVING the instant-to-your-Bluray player Netflix movies - that feature is worth the monthly subscription in and of itself! We also have enjoyed Pandora for background music at a few dinners. It was a bit hard to get into the receptacle, but that may be our player and not the dongle itself. Hopefully it will continue to perform like this long-term. We love it.

I found the WIS09ABGN Wireless Adapter to work very well! The instructions, from my Samsung television, provided the necessary procedures to activate the wireless feature. For those with a wireless modem, you will need your KEY CODE to enter during set-up. After connection, I found it very easy to navigate the widgets on my T.V. I would highly recommend the wireless USB adapter, if you want to access programs without the hassle of wirescables. A very convenient device!

Installation is vrey easy. My blue ray player that I use this with is inside a cabinet and the wireless reception was marginal so I have added an extension cable. Now the dongle is outside the cabinet and the reception is much better. I use this to stream Netflix movies to my blue ray and Samsung TV.

I bought this wireless LAN adapter to enable a PC laptop to access the Internet without having to hard wire another ethernet cable from my desktop PC.
I ended up using it to connect a Blue-Ray player to a DSL box installed by a cable company. This box didnt have an extra ethernet port. The connection was straightforward and enabled our Netflix-ready Blue-RayDVD player to access Netflix and play streaming video movies. I didnt expect that in that configuration it would also serve as a wireless connection from my laptop to the Internet, but it does. Im delighted not to have to purchase a second wireless LAN adapter for the laptop.
I havent used any other wireless adapter, but anyone who needs a reliable LAN router would be happy with this product.

The usb dongle was something that I was a little hesitant about purchasing. Why? Because it hooks up wireless to the internet. Get all updates, downloads etc. Simple and allows you to look at other widgets. It is amazing.
