The hand-polished aircraft-grade aluminum is aerodynamically curved to complement the curve of the Gem speaker, which fits exactly and snugly right into the side of the GemStand's thick and stable tube, complete with hidden wire guide for a more professional installation. A heavy duty tempered glass base (same base as the Mythos tower loudspeakers) keeps your Gem super stable and energy efficient. GemStand places the Gems' tweeters at your sitting-ear level. These stands are great looking and perform very wiell. I wouldnt want to use my GEMs without them. I use the GEMs for surrounds and these stands put them at a nice height for placement behind the sofa.
In some cases, they may be a little high for using the GEMs as front speakers.
