Supporting speakers up to 10.0 pounds in weight, the 10.0 Wall & Ceiling Mount can be mounted on either a wall, ceiling, or table surface, freeing-up your listening area and giving it a clean, modern look. Providing optimal versatility to meet your specific needs, your 10.0 Wall & Ceiling Mount can attach to either the back, top or bottom of your speaker. Thanks to its design, once securely mounted, the 10.0 Wall & Ceiling Mount gives you a variety of positioning options, including a 360° base rotation, 180° pan rotation and a +/-30° tilt. How? The polymer ball at the base of the stainless-steel mounting rod fits snugly within the wall-mounted bracket, and a small threaded shaft connects the ball to the speaker. The ball can then be rotated within the bracket so the connected speaker can be moved to the desired position to maximize the audio distribution.

All the hardware is included — You just need a couple of tools

Whoa, this is easy. All of the mounting hardware that you need to set your bookshelf or surround-sound speaker securely in place is included with the 10.0 Wall & Ceiling Mount. The only things you need to have are common items: A Phillips head screwdriver, a pencil, an electric drill, a masonry hammer, a 7/16" or 11mm crescent wrench, and a 1/4" drill bit for drywall, a 5/16" masonry bit for cement wall applications or a 5/32" bit for wood. And hey, if you don't have one of these, just ask your neighbors to lend it to you — they're going to want come over and hear your new sound system, anyway.

This is a very good speaker mount -- metal brackets and a hard plastic positioning ball. I bought 4 mounts for use with Polk OWM3 speakers. Three are used as ceiling mounts and one as a wall mount. NO problems with install - two corners two side. The rod is sized at 14 inch, and so, verify the speaker nut. I am very satisfied with these mounts.

Very good quality product. Works as advertised. Had to replace anchor for mounting throught plaster wall, the anchor provided slips through wall when mounting. You do need to need to apply alot of tension on the clamp to keep the speaker in position.

I found these mounts to be very small but also very strong for their size. They come with most everything you need to use them out of the package . I would recommend the use of a longer allen wrench for tightening up the ball holder. Also one other thought, if you are mounting up high on a wall and must position the speakers to point down at a large angle you will have to mount the holders upside down in order to be able to tighten them up at the desired angles, as you will not be able to get to the head of the screw otherwise. This however in no way effects the usefulness of these mounts. They do allow for a wide range of adjustment in every direction. I am using 6 of these mounts to hold six Audioengine AP4 speakers Approximately 6 pounds each In a 7.1 system. I am very happy with them. I am sure they will last for many years.

The Vanns salesman recommenced the Omni Mount Speaker Mounts to hang my Mythos Gem XL speakers and they were a good choice. The speakers come with a wall mount but that would not have let me angle the speakers to the best position. Everything you need to mount them is included in the kit except a drill and screwdriver. They are high quality and will let you mount from wall or ceiling with included arms. They are rated for 10 pounds to my Gem XL speakers are a bit heavy for them but I was able to crank down the clamp and they are holding tight. Cant go wrong with these unless you have a speaker that is way to heavy for them.

The mounts worked very well and are very sturdy. I have 6 lb Klipsch spekers mounted behind the couch and angled exactly how I want them. I mounted to studs which I highly recommend, drywall mounting is going to result in the speakers being torn off the wall the first time a kid bumps them.
