Easy to set up, but only useful for EXTREMELY light speakers. I routinely use 12 gauge speaker wire so the cable hiding was useless, but it would be hard to run any reasonable size wire through them. Suggest black wire and black plastic ties as a better option.
Sounds negative, but they were worth what I paid for them and the free shipping made the experiment worthwhile.
Im keeping them.

I have a couple of Bose rears that came off the wall when I moved. Without a wall to put them on, I needed some stands. I was tempted to go with Bose stands, but saving $60 was pretty crucial with all the other moving expenses. These OmniMount stands did the trick. Theyre attractive and easy to put together although there were no instructions in the box. They come with a variety of adapters to make any speaker fit. My Bose are probably a tad heavier than should be on them, but they are solid and I dont see them tipping over any time soon - pretty solid accessory. I like being able to adjust the height of the speakers easily and you can hide your speaker chord through the main post. Well...some could, but mine are so thick that they wont fit...but thats not a knock on the product, thats probably more my stupidity than anything else. Highly recommend if youre wanting to save some cash.

Mounted my Energy Take Classic surrounds on these. The stands look great. They were easy to assemble and there were several different mounting options. I used the L bracket when mounting my Energys. The screws were too long though, so the speakers are not tight to the bracket, I will need to find some washers. There is also a post for bottom mount speakers and lastly there is an option to use double sided tape. My only complaint about these stands is that I could not, no matter what I tried, get the speaker wire to run through the stand. The hole that the speaker wire runs through is just too small for anything bigger than 16 gauge. If you are using this size or bigger wire then I would not recommend these, but great for anything of smaller size.

I was looking for a set that would hold my 8lb speakers so I ordered 2 these for my 7.1 Yamaha HTIB & when I got them I was dissapointed that although they stated that they would hold upto 8lbs I found out that they could only hold 4lbs each 8lbs max.
So I decided to use them to hold my 4 surround speakers instead & opt for a heftier pair for my fronts.
They do go well with my modern decour & their size & styling are a plus. The only issue I had was that the center bolt cannot be tightend to much or it would cause it to detach from the stand & create a wobble affect on your speakers mine are only 2lbs each.
Overall I would recommend based on price & styling alone.

These are high quality speaker stands at a good price. They are attractive and will enhance the look of your home theater system. They are easily adjusted to the propper listening height and take up very little room. They are easy to assemble and look as good as stands being offered for twice the price,

These stands are for speakers up to 4 pounds in weight. I attached them to my Polk Audio speakers which weigh 4.3 lbs each and they stands were just too top heavy.
In my house there are dogs and with my heavy speakers these stands were an accident waiting to happen. I decided not use them at all.
if you have very small and light speakers, these stands should work for you. They are attractive.
Only thin guage wire can be run inside the tubular stand.
