pros you dont have to be a space engineer to assemble good Quality and craftsmentship and at this price for a pair its a great buy. cons dont have any, very happy with my purchase.

The Gemini speaker stands were exactly what I needed, and they were priced much better than many other choices. They look clean and functional. I didn't want a piece of furniture. Fairly easy to assemble, however the picture instructions arent the greatest. I stripped the screw hole from the base to the stand pole on one of them because I screwed it in too tight. Also, its a little awkward to assemble by yourself because its kind of heavy.

PROS The speaker stands look great. Assembly is straight-forward as I assembled the stands pretty easily by looking at the instructions for a minute or so. I love the base color options between the different faux wood colors. I chose the darkest color as it matches my black bookshelf speaker colors. The stand has an extension piece where you can raise the height , but i opted to keep the standard height as it was perfect for my listening height level. There are holes in the stands to run the cables through and a slot under the base of the stand for cable management.

CONS Stand has one screw holding the pipe to the base and the top speaker plate to the pipe. It really needs 2 screws to make a tighter, secure connection. Stands came with double-sided foam tape. Rubber pads would have been better since i wouldnt stick tape to any expensive bookshelf speakers. Luckily I had rubber pads to put between the bottom of my speakers and the speaker stand and this prevents the speaker from moving around.

OVERALL I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice set of stands that wont break the bank.

These are perfect for the price. I have a pair of Sanus fake wood stands for another pair of speakers that costed me just as much as these Geminis did, but dont have nearly the build quality or handsome looks of these by Optimount. They were easy to put together, though I wouldnt necessarily advise using the extensions - I havent tried them, but Id be afraid of the little plastic collar that links them to the 24 poles. The four choices of base covers is very nice, and Im using the shiny black ones to match the components. Overall, a good deal for versatile stands.

these speaker stands look great, but they just arent all that sturdy. It took a lot of fiddeling with the floor spikes, and even now they rock back and forth some.

I went to allot of home theater stores around my area and I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for. I came across these on Vanns website and I ordered them. I was a little nervous because there were no reviews posted. I matched them with the Energy RC10s in rosenut and the look is amazing. The quality and the style is superb and matches my decor perfectly. I just wish I would have ordered them before driving all over the place wasting my precious gas. I hope this info helps.
