As great as Macs are it is important to have insurance. The Apple Care product gives reassurance of protection.

I had an issue with the keyboard no wanting to type an r and so had to call apple help. They did not give up on me and kept passing me up the ladder of knowledge untill the issue was resolved. They were very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I have not had the equipment long enough to know how it will be 3 years from now but so far they have been great.

Normally people are used to salesman overselling options you really dont need. Not with Vanns! This protection plan is something that is explained fully and with NO pressure! Its left up to the buyer to make the choice, and its that simple, Vanns gives you options and choices! No one likes to be painted into a corner, and told theres only one way. Love the fact that I have such comprehensive support. Especially since I just switched over from a PC. Having people that I can call whenever I need is huge since there is a bit of a learning curve between the two systems. I heartily recommend getting this product with any new Mac.
