My speakers look great setting on these stands. I really like that you can hide the cables on the back so you cant see them, makes a cleaner look.

So VANNs shipped these extremely fast and I was surprised to see them in such a small box. Everything was in pristine condition and setting up these stands is a snap! Super easy and they look great. I have my B&W DM 601 S3 speakers on these stands, which are a little bigger than the stands but are within the weight limits. The speakers look great on them and sound amazing. I have these stands on tile and love them.

Bought these to raise up and compliment a pair of Energy RC-10 mini-monitors. They came well packed, however there was a scuff mark on one corner - not noticeable unless you are looking for it.
They require only a philips head screwdriver and come with options to place the stands on 1 carpet or 2 bare hardwood, using either carpet spikes 2 different sizesdepths or plastic spacers. Each piece is easy to put together and the stands have a nice heft and feel that make them seem solid.
The RC-10s stick out a little bit front and back as they are somewhat rectangular bookshelfs, but still look great on the stands. There are holes in the base of the stand and top shelf for bringing speaker cable through, however unless you have a tiny speaker that doesnt cover the top hole, you will be routing the speaker cable around the back of the stand top. I used 14g speaker wire with banana plugs and they were able to fit one at a time through the bottom hole. A piece of plastic you fold manually serves to cover the rear and hide the cable - it is the only pain putting this together as you need to work very carefully to make sure it sticks in the groves.
Overall, it does the trick just fine and gives your set up a classy touch!

I recently purchased these Sanus speaker stands for my Klipsch RB51 II Reference Bookshelf speakers. In addition to being an excellent value, the stands are sturdy, well built and quite attractive. The assembly was quite straightforward with the exception of the wire management channels which took several tries. I highly recommend these stands.
