We found this unit to be well packed, with little chance of damage during shipment. It is quite heavy, and required two of us to unpack and transfer downstairs. Setup was fairly straightforward, although we had to read a couple of instructions twice.

The final fit, form and function are excellent. We are most pleased with how nice the black stand looks with our black tv and black components. The cable routing feature is very nice.

This stand is sturdy and has a very simple clean look. With the black frame and dark glass shelves this looks great - especially with all black components. Assembly was fairly easy - though the instructions arent great. Fits nicely in a corner of the room and the cable management is a nice feature. Middle shelf can be set in one of two positions.

Two minor issues - first, I would prefer that one of the two positions for the middle shelf be a little higher. There is more room between the top shelf and the middle shelf than the middle shelf and the bottom. I prefer my av receiver on the bottom shelf but it just barely fits. Second, it is a bit of a dust magnet.

Overall very happy with this stand - my wife likes it too.

Bought this stand from Vanns with our Panasonic TH-50PZ80U. The stand is very nice. The glass looks classy and is a good complement to the HDTV. Because of the glass, you just need to be able to hide the wires behind it but that didnt take me long to do. The lower shelves actually are setup to route the wires so you dont see them so that is nice. It is somewhat pricy but most of the cheaper stands look it while this stand looks really nice. If you want to setup your TV right and not skimp on it, this is a good stand to choose. We bought the black version of the stand which looks good with the black Panasonic TV.
