Secure, versatile mounting

Allowing you to mount a wide range of flat panel HDTVs, the Modena 47FP's wall-mounting bracket fits most flat-panel HDTV between 37" and 47" and weighing up to 110 lbs. Further, it accommodates universal mounting patterns and VESA-compatible patterns from 75mm x 75mm to 400mmx x600mm. For easy installation, the Modena 47FP's mount uses OmniMount's Lift n' Lock technology.

The stand was very easy to assemble. All the hardware is labled in order of use, which made things even easier than anticipated. Its certainly a nice stand for the money, as another reviewer stated, I wouldnt have minded the TV stand section to be just a bit taller, but that can be rectified by either mouting on the wall or to prop up the entire stand on a platform. I am disapointed in the actual TV mount section The swivel does not lock into the swivel area, instead it floats above making the TV seem quite unstable, it also has the side effect of tilting the TV slightly down. This wouldnt be an issue if the TV were a foot higher, it might have even been preferable, but to tilt down at this height means some performance loss when standing in the living room.

My loft apartment has exposed brick walls so using a wall mount for my flat screen wasnt a good easy option. The Modena 47FP was a great option. It allowed me to give the illusion of a wall mount, while providing a base for my blue rayspeaker bar and hiding my wires at the same time.

This was easy to assemble and came with a detailed manual.

Delivery was on time and as expected - 5 stars to Vanns for that.

I own a 46 LCD HDTV and mounting it on this stand was quick and painless.

IMO, the stand couldve been a little higher but thats personal preference more than anything else.

Great value for money - especially with Vanns free delivery !
