This microwave can defrost a pound of beef in 4.5 minutes without cooking the edges. It is a very impressive machine. The inverter technology is great for warming leftovers etc. Also, it is huge inside and can fit about anything you want to cook of course it is also huge on the outside and takes up a lot of counter space.

We purchased this microwave to replace a nearly 15-year-old Kenmore that had begun to act up. We did quite a bit of research regarding size, features, power, etc., both online and in stores before settling on this model. We have only had it for about two weeks, but thus far have been quite happy with it. The primary difference we have noticed in this microwave compared to our previous model is that is cooks more quickly and more evenly. The defrost feature is excellent. We used the old microwave to defrost quite a bit and although it did a reasonably good job, this one is considerably better. Quicker, more even defrosting. This oven also seems to heat food more quickly than our old one. The interior size, while quite generous, does not lead to a significantly larger microwave. The display is more informative than the one on our previous microwave. I suppose many of these improvements can be attributed to changes in microwave technology over the past 15 years, but we are quite happy with them - they are new to us.
As always, the price from Vanns was excellent and the service and delivery were stellar. Thus far we are very happy with this purchase.

This is the biggest most space saving Microwave I have ever had. I had to purchase a new microwave for a rental. I am so use to over the hood microwaves. Now that I have this one I will NEVER go back. This brownsyes it does, it has true defrosting technology. And it is such a wonder to reheat or heat items with the sensor. Not have to check it several times and guess while under or over heating items. I would truely recommend this for anyone with a family. As it is a LARGE size cooking area microwave!

This microwave oven has met and surpassed all of my expections of it so far. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but have given it a reasonable workout.
The defrost function works as shown in the on-site videos which was a huge benefit as a sales tool, IMO, or even better. Keep in mind however that no matter how long you have cooked with a microwave you have not used this one so DO read the instructions before use. Nevermind how I know that!
Another thing to be aware of is that this is a much larger than normal microwave at 2.2 cubic ft. So be sure it will fit in your space.
I am looking forward to many good years of service from this model. Very quiet. Very happy with it.

I had a similar Panasonic Microwave for the past 22-24 years and absolutely loved it and never had problems with it, so I am hoping that this one pleases me as much. My old one was still working when I made this purchase because over the years we had probably pulled too hard on the door and the handle was cracking off because we had opened it many many times. Actually I did have to wait a few weeks for my new one because it was on back order. Im still getting used to pushing the button to open the door, but so far am very pleased because I loved my old one and it has the same features turbo defrost, large interior, and a number of power levels and I needed a black microwave to match my other appliances.

This is our third Panasonic microwave, and again, we are not disappointed. The larger size accompdates anything we put in it. It cooks fast and well, and its features are easy to use even though many of them are advanced. The warming function works well and does not seem to overheat or dry out the food. It was easy to set up. The function keys are in good places making it easy to do whatever we want or need.

I bought this to replace a previous Panasonic microwave and needed the dimensions to fit into a built -in space in my kitchen. I would not have bought another Panasonic for any other reason since this is the 3rd one in 8 years. So far this new one is working though it has been cheapened up considerably since the previous model that I had. I have no illusions that this one will last any longer than the others but its still cheaper than having my kitchen remodeled.

First of all let me say that I am really not a microwave cooking person. I use this to warm up, pop corn, make coco and all that. Its easy to use and looks great on the pantry shelf. I realize this is a bit of overkill to do those things but wanted the option to put larger things in the micro. I bought this to replace an older Panasonic unit that was still in working condition so felt Panasonic was the best choice since the old unit worked for me. The only thing I would say at this point that i dont like is that the old unit had a handle to open the door this one you push the leverbutton and the door opens. I would rather have had a handle. But guess you cant have it all. The newer technology is probably great, dont know if i will ever use this to cook in tho. But........Vanns is great I have bought 2 plasmas and now this, shipping quick and price. Love it

Wonderfully spacious -- I can now cook an entire elephant -- attractive and powerful. I love that it weighs less than the pachyderm it contains.
Modest problem This unit is so light -- 35 lbs -- that each opening of the door pushes it back against the wall behind it, thus crunching the electrical cord.

This Panasonic microwave with inverter is the best microwave we have owned. The defrost inverter mode works very well and does not cook food partially, only defrosting not cooking. Just input weight and start.
The sensor reheat mode works very well also
The sensor cook mode has many different foods and self adjusts power level as it cooks.
The size 2,2 cu is very large and holds large bowls and plates.
Over all it is easy to use and cooks, reheats, defrosts very well. I highly recommend this Pansonic NN-H965WF micrwave.
