This dock is no "dime-a-dozen" MP3 station &mdash it not only charges and plays all versions of iPod, it also charges the latest iPhone 3G S. Without costing a penny more, Klipsch has refreshed its popular pint-sized iGroove SXT docking speaker system which originally launched in 2007, so that it will accommodate all of the newer iPod and iPhone models &mdash including the iPhone 3G S — while performing better than ever. This dock will accept, and charge any iPod with a 30-pin connector, while iPod shuffle and other digital devices connect via a rear auxiliary input. Apple's Works with iPhone certification (WWI) means the SXT WWI keeps the iPhone impervious to cell phone interference.

The first of its kind

Like the original, the refreshed iGroove SXT WWI is a true stereo sound system that employs dual long-throw 2.5-inch woofers in a ported enclosure and dual 3/4-inch horn-loaded tweeters. The new SXT is now bi-amplified, which means each driver is individually amplified &mdash a feature that virtually eliminates distortion and significantly improves sonic performance. Klipsch has also retooled bass ports on the sides of the system to remove any port noise. Klipsch has even added a 1000mA rapid recharge circuit to the system allowing users to quickly recharge their iPod, iPod touch or iPhone. Klipsch is the first iPod speaker dock on the market to include this feature.

But it won't be just music that you'll enjoy. A new S-video output lets users view videos from MP3 devices and computers on their television screen. The included IR remote allows you to operate audio and video output using one device.
